These revolutionary designs address tank related issues such as freeze protection, spill containment, security, and safety in a manner unachievable by externally mounted systems.
Enviro Vault engaged Firstbase Business Services, after coming off a difficult year due to the global economic downturn. Sales had dropped 50% and net income had dropped an alarming $1.2 million.
Firstbase was tasked with developing a marketing plan to overcome the challenges associated with the economic downturn and improve the EBITA. The ultimate goal was to sell the business within a five year timeline.

Before Firstbase started the work, the owner was approached with an internal offer to purchase the business and contacted us for advice. After further assessments within Firstbase’s extensive database of industry averages, it was determined that the original offer was too conservative. We began with a Strategic Business Plan and action plan for a minimum of 1 year. Growth was prioritized, marketing materials were created and the Listing launch phase began on numerous strategic listing sites.

We developed a strategic plan that clearly identified the targets in niche and vertical markets and goals needed.

Within the first year of engaging Firstbase, Enviro Vault’s sales and net income increased significantly. Two years later Enviro Vault surpassed projections for the final quarter and began marketing several new products that are guaranteed to change the way liquid is stored in above ground storage tanks. Over the following 3 years, Enviro Vault surpassed projections and the EBITA increased dramatically by 300%.
We were successful in attracting strong bids from several entrepreneurs outside the industry. Enviro Vault enjoyed a short and well-managed due diligence and purchase agreement phases and a successful completion.
